About Vivian

P1390727Vivian has always had a strong passion for pastries. Her passion was so strong that she dedicated her 7th grade science project to the science of baking cookies.

After studying Hotel and Tourism Management in Guelph University, she felt her desire to follow a career that involved creativity and giving others joy. Her passion for baking never left her, so a career in food was a no-brainer.

Vivian worked at the CN Tower in Toronto for a few years, all while baking up a frenzy for family and friends. Seeking to broaden her expertise, she  lived in South Korea, France and England learning and perfecting her baking skills. She never stopped making treats for friends who would often make requests.

In 2011, she headed to Cap D’Adge, France to study pastry making at the Gastronomicon International French and Culinary Academy. Her love of baking grew stronger when she interned as acting Pastry chef with Michelin-star Chef Jean-Marc Boyer at the restaurant Le Puits du Tresor.

After returning to Canada, her friends and family told her they missed her wonderful tasting pastries. She baked up a storm for them again. Vivian decided to share her baked goods to others as word of mouth grew about her creations.

Vivian is happiest in the kitchen baking and decorating cookies. To sample her sweet treats, go visit her at her facebook page or contact her to see what sweet treats she can create for you!
